Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements.

5. User Responsibilities / Responsabilidades do Usuário

Users must act respectfully, provide accurate information, and refrain from abusive, illegal, sexual, or harmful behavior.

7. Listeners / Support Friends

Listeners are independent individuals, not employees or agents of Rosie Support, and may be removed at any time.

Payments are processed by third parties. Rosie Support does not store full payment information.

9. Platform Availability

The platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without guarantee of uninterrupted access.

10. Content & Communications

Users are responsible for their content. Conversations are private but not medical records.

11. Termination / Encerramento

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations or safety reasons.

12. Limitation of Liability / Limitação de Responsabilidade

Rosie Support is not liable for emotional outcomes, decisions, or damages arising from platform use.
